I have 15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development and I have coached over 400 business leaders from a wide variety of industries and stages of growth to help them achieve breakthrough results. I have my Mastery Level Coaching Certification as well as certifications in Facilitation and Project Management. I have also lead two business accelerator programs including the ATB X Accelerator Program for ATB Financial in Alberta and the Transmedia Zone for Creative Industries in Toronto. I have founded multiple businesses both in the social enterprise and for-profit sectors and have worked on senior leadership teams. I was the content curator and speaker coach for TEDxYYC for four years and have interviewed leaders on behalf of major media organizations as well as been interviewed by press from around the world.
